Rui was Director of Hotel Operations in Portugal, Egypt, the Caribbean, and the United Kingdom. Rui has worked with brands such as Four Seasons, Ritz, Meridien, and Tivoli, where he led several repositioning and rebranding projects. Rui has always focussed on excellence with regards to results and on managing internal talent. A naturally creative and out-of-the-box thinker, Rui has developed innovative hotel products and concepts which have set new market trends.
Teresa Cheira has solid diversified experience in Tourism and hospitality in Portugal and Sweden, with a specific focus on Quality. Teresa has collaborated with Occidental Hotels and Tivoli Hotels, where she was Operational Excellence Manager. In that capacity, Teresa developed projects in the areas of sustainability, efficiency of operational processes, development and implementation of standards, rebrandings and legal compliance. A visiting lecturer at ISCTE (University Institute of Lisbon), Teresa has taught a course at the postgraduate level (Top Management in Hospitality).
